01. Legal & Safe Use Policies  by 

No responsibility by Denham's Natural, it's employees, or affiliates, is taken for the misuse in any way of the information provided herein.

Although great care and research went into creating the content, Aroma therapy and reputed benefits of essential oils and all natural ingredients are alternative treatments and not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.

The FDA does not recognize the practice of aroma therapy. The FDA has not evaluated any statement made within our web site or labeling. None of the information provided is meant to used as a prescription, medical advice or therapeutic advice.

No Denham's Natural product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No liability is taken by Denham's Natural or its employees, or subsidiaries for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any Denham's Natural product.

Denham's Natural Products are NOT for internal consumption. No liability will be assumed by Denham's Natural or its employees, for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any Denham's Natural Product.

Keep all Denham's Natural products out of the reach of animals. No Denham's Natural products have been tested on and are not intended to be used on animals.

Keep all Denham's Natural products out of the reach of children, Check with your child's physician and test for allergies to ingredients used within our formulations before using any Denham's Natural product on minor children under your care.

Those pregnant or nursing a baby, have epilepsy, heart disease diabetes, or high blood pressure need to seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using any Denham's Natural product.

We cannot be held responsible for allergy reactions. It is the end user's responsibility to be aware of thier own allergies. If you have never used our products before; and are unsure if you have allergies to any ingredient listed on the package, you should refrain from use and should consult your physician and under their advisement. Skin patch test new skin care products before using. This should be done under direction of your physician by applying a small amount of product to the skin on your inner arm or other suitable testing site as directed by your physician. Discontinue product use and do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

Keep all Denham's Natural products away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply any Denham's Natural Product to broken or otherwise damaged skin. None of our products should be used in areas where skin damage is evident, including but not limited to: over exfoliated and abraded skin, sun burnt skin, in areas where cosmetic peels have recently been administered, or in areas of hyper sensitive skin. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occur, stop using product immediately. Wash the affected area with plenty of clean water If burning persists apply liberal amounts of vegetable oil to the affected area. Consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective.

02. Privacy & Security  by 

We keep your personal information private and secure.

At no time do we store credit card number information on any of our local systems.

When you make a purchase from our site, your credit card information is encrypted on your computer and is then passed securely to the bank for authorization of payment.

We Securely Retain your order details, billing address and shipping address along with your contact information, but we do not have access to your Credit Card Number Details.

Our secure servers protect your information by using advanced encryption techniques and secure firewall technology - the same type of security as which can be found in use by all banks and financial institutions. These safeguards are inspected by Our Merchant Services Financial Institution and are to be considered in Full PCI Compliance. This level of Maintained Security makes interception of legible personal credit card data sent through our systems by third parties impossible by all known standards.

Personal information including shipping address, email address and contact telephone number will appear on all shipping labels, though we will never sell any personal information to any entity. We will never take part to intentionally divulge any personal information included in your orders, or any details of personal interactions with us, to any other entity other than when officially requested in writing by a law enforcement agency.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to Our Store's website. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

So you may return at a later time to finish an order we may use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session; to personalize your experience, and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

04. Order Acceptance Policy  by 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Denham's Natural reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Duplicated Orders.

We Do Not process Duplicate Orders as a matter of policy. We define Duplicate Orders to include orders that are identical to each other, in every way, AND submitted within a very short period of time of each other.

Duplicate Orders will be removed from processing consideration, and funds automatically held at checkout for payment on any duplicate order will be refunded back to the card used to place any duplicate order within one business day.

If, for any reason, you need to place Orders for identical items, in identical amounts, billed and shipped to identical addresses, within a very short period of time of each other - you Must contact us before doing so.

05. Acceptible Payment Types and Policies  by 

Due to the nature of our business we must authorize payment before we can begin making products to fill your order.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.


Please Contact us with any problems you may encounter with your order so we may better be able to help you. We reserve the right to collect $25.00
to be additionally charged on your card for any chargeback associated with your order. This to recover the $25.00 Fee collected from us for chargebacks by our Merchant Services Provider.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the processing times to manufacture a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks

06. Taxes  by 


Arizona State Recipients of our product will be assessed a total of 7.6% State Sales Tax on all product ordered. Taxes will not be assessed on shipping costs.

If you are an Arizona business and wish to have state sales tax removed from your order you must complete an AZ Form 5000 which can be downloaded from here: http://www.azdor.gov/Forms/TPT.aspx

You the Purchaser and/or Receiver; by completing any purchase for product through Denham's Natural directly by fax, phone, email or postal mail, or by submitting any order for processing through this website, or by any other means buy or receive product or services ordered or gifted directly through Denham's Natural. Agrees to accept all responsibility to pay any and all required state, county, country or local taxes your local, state, county or country governments of residence require that you pay regarding all aspects of any sale submitted or received via direct purchasing from Denham's Natural.

Basically - if you should be paying any type of taxes on any purchases made through us - you are responsible to do so.

07. Typographical Errors  by 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error Denham's Natural shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Denham's Natural shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Denham's Natural shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

08. Multiple Product Orders  by 

For larger multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in your order at the same time.

Products which may be delayed in manufacturing may be shipped as they become available within the shipping period estimated
within these terms of sale, or as otherwise notified and agreed to by all parties within the shipping terms as stated.

09. Back Orders  by 

We make everything fresh to order; but occasionally we may be waiting on a shipment of raw ingredients needed to process your order, If this should be the case and we expect shipping to be longer than stated as within normal expected shipping times and estimates We will contact you within one business day of your placing the order. You can at that time choose to have us continue to process your order or you may cancel your order.

10. Shipping Policies  by 

Unless Notified All Shipping costs for your order are processed and calculated online..

If for whatever reason we encounter problems processing and calculating shipping charges online we will place your order on hold and contact you with the updated order totals including shipping charges. At this time you can choose to continue or cancel your order.

Shipping Times and Estimates

All of our products are made to order when an order is placed. Keeping this in mind..

Larger wholesale and bulk product orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days but very large wholesale type orders for large quantities of retail units - or very large orders for bulk products - or orders which require large quantities of fragrance (fragranced gallons of product) may (as an extreme example) take up-to 10 business days to ship as we order in the necessary fresh ingredients to fill your order, process your order and manufacture your order.

Normally - Smaller orders received before 8.00am Arizona Time will normally be made the same day and ship the Following Business Day.

Smaller Orders placed after 8.00am should ship the following Day (within 2 business days of placement). We do not process orders, or ship on Saturdays or Sundays and national (bank) holidays.

1st of November through December 31st...
Due to increased demand for our products during the Christmas season, Usual Shipping of all Retail sales may take up to 2 business days to ship. Bulk and Wholesale Orders will Usually ship within 2 to 5 Business Days from order placement.

If we expect any delay in processing your order past these estimated guidelines we will contact you within one business day of order placement. If you need a better idea of shipping time on your order, please contact us before placing your order.

Transit times as indicated within our shopping cart are provided to us by each carrier as typical delivery times within the continental U.S. As all transit time estimates are provided by each shipping carrier for each service indicated, Actual Transit times may vary and delivery of your products are completely under the control of the Shipping Carrier that You Choose.

Delays or problems experienced during transit are rare but do happen, and while we understand that any type of delay can be annoying Be Aware that We cannot be held responsible for any delays which fall beyond any estimated transit time once your order has been passed on to Your Choice of Shipping Carriers for delivery.

Lost items must be traced by the carrier. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your products, but we must have resolution of status (loss or damage) before we can reship your product.

In regards to claiming a lost package through the United States Postal Service. Proof of Loss will take no less than 30 days from mailing and UPS can take up to 10 days for resolution after loss has been reported.

If you are in a rush to receive your order please contact us before placing any order for advise on how we may best help to ensure that you receive your purchases before your deadline.

We do send tracking information for each order shipped. If your order is delayed beyond your expected delivery date please contact your choice of carriers referencing the tracking numbers we provide for more information. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order please feel free to contact us for this information.

International Shipping Policies

Due to the fact that all of our packages seem to look sinister traveling through an X-Ray Machine AND after Having our shipments held at customs for 3 months in the past we have unfortunately been forced to limit our shipments to within the United States. We may Offer international shipping in the future, but at this time we cannot accept any international orders.

Shipping Insurance

All packages are insured for the full value of the contents.

Damaged Packages Due to Transit

If you should receive a damaged parcel or package you must notify us and the carrier immediately so we may claim the damage through the shipping carrier and ship you a replacement order. For us to replace damaged products You MUST Retain the original products in the original packaging to enable the carrier to inspect the damage - We will notify you when the product can be safely thrown away.

Important! - If you have thrown away the damaged products or packaging we cannot help you in replacing the damaged items.

We can not be held responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier and cannot reship your order overnight just because damage was caused by the shipping company. While we sympathize, we do pack orders with very strong boxes, bubble wrap, extra tape, packing peanuts and plastic bags and paper but sometimes shipping carriers can still manage to destroy a box during transport.

We will replace product and reship your order once we receive information regarding exactly what needs to be replaced from the carrier, but we will re-ship only via the method that was originally requested on the original order. If you want a faster method, you can pay the difference and we are happy to ship according to your wishes. We just can not pay for that difference.

If We have made a shipping error, we will reship products to you as quickly as we can via the method you originally chose. If you the customer have made a shipping address error, you - the customer are responsible for the additional costs for address correction (normally a $10 fee to re-route a package to a different address in transit) charged by UPS - and passed onto you when this fee is billed to us..

If you the customer refuses their shipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 75% Disposal Fee plus retention of all shipping and handling charges.

ALL shipping on orders is non-refundable unless UPS Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day is used and the carriers guarantee is not met.

While we pack your order with extreme care, the shipping carrier can sometimes still damage the orders. In that event please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you be missing any products or receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of damage in the presence of the driver, if possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact, then notify Us after you have called the shipping carrier so we may start a claim and begin the process of re-shipping damaged items.

If the driver is already gone, then you will need to contact the shipping carrier to inspect the damage or loss to start the claim before a replacement can be sent. New items will be shipped as soon as damaged or missing items have been returned to or verified by us or a Claim number has been issued to us by the carrier.

If you are in a rush, then we suggest that you call us or the shipping carrier immediately to help expedite the process. You must retain the original packing materials until any claim is resolved. If you discard the damaged goods, there may be no refund or credit by the carrier due the fact that the claim to damage will not be able to be verified.

Beginning a claim process should only take a couple days before new items can start to be re-manufactured and re-shipped unless the order is lost in transit. Lost items must be traced by the carrier and can take up to 10 days for resolution.

Please don't vent at us if the shipping company makes a mistake. We will do everything we can to get you your product to you as soon as possible, but we must have resolution of status from the carrier before we can reship.

Returned Shipments

If UPS or USPS has difficulty delivering your shipment, you must make arrangements for proper delivery with us or with the carrier before your shipment is returned to us. UPS Will return packages after 3 delivery attempts, USPS immediately upon insufficient delivery data, it is you-the customer's responsibility to properly provide a correct deliverable shipping address upon checkout or make arrangements with UPS to pick-up your package before the package is returned to us. Shipments Returned to us will be held for reshipment at customer cost, All costs associated with retuning the package to our facility will be charged to customer.

Shipping cost adjustments and administration charges

We will charge a $10.00 fee to cover administration and order adjustment costs in addition to any and all adjusted charges assessed to us by the carrier if misrepresentation of delivery address type occurs either knowingly or unknowingly at checkout.

It is your responsibility to know if you qualify for commercial delivery address rates. Even quite large businesses can be classed as "residential" by UPS because of location.. For More information please contact UPS Before checkout to see if your business address qualifies as a "commercial" delivery address.

11. Packaging  by 

Due to the complexity of our website. It is impossible to update our website images as quickly as we would like. Without notice - packaging may vary from that which may be illustrated on this website. This may because we are unable to acquire illustrated packing products in time to complete your order in the short term or because of permanent improvements made to original packaging featured on this website.

12. Cosmetic Changes Within Products  by 


Color changes from batch to batch is to be expected with a product that averages 98% natural ingredients. Having been in business for many years we can always count on one thing - Nature's Inconsistency. For this reason We do check each batch of product before it heads out of the door, and if for any reason we are not happy with a product that is to be sent out we will either re-batch a product or make another batch to ensure only quality product makes it out to our customers.

We are also aware that Certain essential oils can react with our products causing variations in color. This is to be expected and colors may vary from tinted product using one batch of essential oil to un-tinted the next..

Natural ingredients harvested at different times of the year, or from different areas of the world, Receiving more or less sun or rain fall... All of these things affect the crops that produce our ingredients. Any changes within the product due to EO or Ingredient Staining are purely cosmetic but can come as a surprise to those just breaking into this market.

Please note that color changes within product is not a reason to return product. Again - these color variations are to be expected with any more natural skin care product.

For the Re-Packaging of our bulk products - As with all of the more natural skin care products - it's always better to contain them in non-transparent packaging as this will hide any expected (or unexpected) changes in color.

13. Hygienic Handling of Bulk Products  by 

We have had very little negative feedback regarding our products, problems experienced are normally caused due to adding ingredients. However Hygiene is very important when handling any cosmetic.

Mishandling Our products, adding ingredients, unhygienic bottling practices can contaminate a product or lower any expected shelf life.

Even though we sanitize all of our own bulk product containers before filling them - Normally - Jars and bottles do not need to be washed as the preservatives in the products can handle a broad range of common bacteria. Having said this - The hardest bacteria for any cosmetic to handle is introduced by unhygienic human contact.

Always use clean utensils and never touch the bulk of the product or any surface that comes in contact with the product (insides of jars, bottles, mixing bowls etc.) with bare skin or unsanitary utensils.

15. Adding Ingredients To our Products  by 

Even though we are aware that many of you add ingredients to make these products "Yours" You can probably understand that Because we cannot test each product with every combination of every ingredient in every concentration - We cannot possibly guarantee any result when adding Your own ingredients to our bulk or retail products other than adding fragrance or essential oils to our bulk products in advertised amounts..

Once you have added an ingredient. The product has become your creation and we cannot trouble-shoot any problem that you may experience or guarantee the shelf life and usability of the product.

16. Returns  by 


All products we manufacture carry a one year quality assurance guarantee from date of sale, and replacement or refund may be issued within the conditions set forth in these terms of sale.


If you have any problem with any Denham's Natural product please call 1-800 341 2799 so we can find out how best to help you.

Only certain things can possibly go wrong within our formulas and If after talking with you - we suspect a manufacturing error - for a period not exceeding within one full year from the purchased product's invoice date we will happily refund or replace product under conditions set forth these terms.

Be aware that We take any manufacturing error extremely seriously - At our discretion we reserve the right to Require product to be returned to us, at our cost, to perform tests and to quickly help identify the origin and type of any reported problem or contamination. These tests are expensive and if they determine that an introduced contaminant or excessive mishandling is to blame for the product's problems - we will pass all these costs along to the sender.

As a Manufacturer we do not redistribute any returned products. Products Found Defective due to manufacturing error will be replaced, or money only in the amount of the original product cost refunded at our discretion.

In the case of monetary refund this monetary refund shall not in any instance and for any reason exceed the original purchase price of the defective product as charged to the consumer at the time the product was purchased. This manufacturer's warranty shall be honored under these terms at our discretion on any product not living up to our original promise of product quality, shelf life, and usability as has been set forth in these terms of sale.

Non- Refundable Products

As your product was specifically created for you after your order has been placed, and as for safety reasons we couldn't possibly re-sell any product that has been returned to us, we do not accept returned product for the reasons stated below.

We cannot be held responsible and will not refund for incidents where the customer accidentally orders the wrong product, not liking the appearance of a product, not liking the color or scent of the product, or where the customer encounters shelf life issues which may occur due to mishandling or upon instances of third party contamination or where products are found to be altered in any way.

Any unauthorized return of product may be disposed of without compensation

Discretionary Refunds.

At our discretion we may choose to offer full refund on any sale but where a discretionary refund is deemed necessary and where a discretionary refund is requested but falls outside of our terms of sale, then the discretionary refund would be considered administered outside of these terms of sale, which will then negate any future ability of the recipient of the refund  to place orders with us.

Not under any circumstance or for any reason will refunds, monetary compensation, or other; discretionary or otherwise, exceed the original purchase price of the products for which refund is issued beyond the customer cost for those products in question and as indicated within the original order for those product at time placed and as stated on our invoice copy.

17. Samples  by 


We recommend that you order samples of our bulk bases before ordering any base or item you are unfamiliar with. Our Bulk samples represent the feel and texture you can expect from our products, however, due to the large percentage of natural ingredients used in our products, the thickness due to heat and cold, and color changes from batch to batch are to be expected. 

Sample Products are not designed in any way to be a resalable product. Samples are sold for the express purpose of giving you, the customer, an idea of the product you wish to purchase in bulk, before making the larger purchase.

To ensure that samples provide an average representation in texture, odor, and appearance of the bulk products they represent, sample materials are comprised of mixed or combined batch remnants of that particular product.

As no "sample batch" is of a unique source, no batch or lot number can be assigned to samples, as such, all samples are sold without warranty of any kind, shelf life of samples may be limited, but we will replace unaltered defective sample materials 30 days from purchase.

All fragrances used within our products are chosen carefully by us for their authenticity. As each manufacturer of cosmetic products are likely to use a different fragrance supplier; Please be aware that any fragrance used to manufacture our own products May not be exactly the same as that used by another product brand marketing products under the same fragrance which you may have previously used. Fragrance samples are available upon following the guidelines laid out here.

18. Issued Credits  by 

Times between issuing credits and the time the funds are credited to your account are beyond our control. For more information on the time it may take for a credit to appear back on your balance please contact your credit card's issuing bank.

19. Gift Messages  by 

We reserve the right to edit any message attached to any order included by the purchaser when any order is being sent to any third party including any message included with gifts or gift sets.

Reasons for editing messages may include; but are not limited to: Inappropriate messages which include defamatory or untrue statements regarding products, policies, practices or services offered by Denham's Natural or any messages which may lead the receiver of the gifted product to inaccurately believe in any Polices or Processes which fall outside of Safe Use of Products or Our Terms of Sale.

21. Custom / Private Labeling  by 

We vigorously retain control over our brand name, how it is used, and how our products and services are advertised. As such; We do not allow the use of our trade name "Denham's Natural", or our logo or intellectually protected descriptive content to be used within any outside entity's label design or advertising.

As we cannot control how outside parties present their products outside parties May Not use our trade name within label designs or associate the brand name Denham's Natural within any outside independent product advertising in any way.

As we cannot control the way outside companies advertise or label our repackaged products We do not accept any liability of any kind  for product that has been re-packaged by outside companies, re-labeled by outside companies, or advertised by outside companies.

Denial of Future Sales Due to Legal Complicity.

For the protection of the end consumer; If we become aware of any outside company misusing our product by falsely labeling or inappropriately advertising our product under their own label or brand name - to prevent complicity - we retain the right to refuse further sales to those entities until we become aware that those entities are again responsibly packaging and advertising our product.

22. Shelf Life, Use By, Liability, Insurance, & Product Suitability.  by 


Natural products with very mild preservative systems are more difficult to safely handle than purely chemical products. With this said, We do guarantee The Shelf Life of our bulk bases within our original packaging for one year from manufacture.

We suggest that you buy no more product than which can be sold within 6 months or used within 6 months.

Excessive Mishandling of bulk products, adding ingredients unhygienic bottling practices (blowing away specs of dust from inside jars etc.) can all lower any shelf life. Always use clean utensils and never touch the bulk of the product or any surface that comes in contact with the product (insides of jars, bottles, mixing bowls etc.) with bare skin or unsanitary utensils.

We skin patch test all products leaving our facility - no product batch leaves our facility until it has been inspected and tested on our own skin first. We physically inspect all cooled batches of product for acceptable product thickness and texture.. We also perform our own random tests on batches to check for continued formulation stability and preservative efficacy. However, Due to the natural variations in the ingredients we use in our more natural products, each batch of product we produce may vary to degrees - as such, any and all final testing to satisfy any and all of you-the-customer's individual testing requirements for final product usage and suitability should be carried out by you-the-customer on each batch purchased..


Commercial/Reseller Liability and Insurance Information.

 
Products manufactured by us, but handled, advertised, or sold beyond our control, must be insured for resale to the extent required by state, and local requirements, by those third parties, commercial entities and resellers who either handle, advertise, or re-sell our products. 
 
The reasons for this are vast, but even in our own experience we have learned that some have mishandled our products, mislabeled our products, not carried out their own testing after handling and modification of our products, have made exaggerated and unethical claims regarding our products, and have sold our products YEARS past their "use by" date. As such, we cannot guarantee - in any way - the quality of products which have been handled, advertised, or sold, by re-sellers or third parties. This as we have no ability - whatsoever - to control how our products are handled, advertised or sold by those re-sellers and third parties after they are purchased.
