Although great care and research went into creating the content, Aroma therapy and reputed benefits of essential oils and all natural ingredients are alternative treatments and not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.

The FDA does not recognize the practice of aroma therapy. The FDA has not evaluated any statement made within our web site or labeling. None of the information provided is meant to used as a prescription, medical advice or therapeutic advice.

No Denham's Natural product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No liability is taken by Denham's Natural or its employees, or subsidiaries for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any Denham's Natural product.

Denham's Natural Products are NOT for internal consumption. No liability will be assumed by Denham's Natural or its employees, for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of ANY Denham's Natural Product.

Keep all Denham's Natural products out of the reach of children & animals. No Denham's Natural products are intended to be used on animals.

Those pregnant or nursing a baby, have epilepsy, heart disease diabetes, or high blood pressure need to seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using any Denham's Natural product.

Skin test all products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

Please order Single sizes prior to ordering in bulk or wholesale as we do not offer returns or refunds.

Keep all Denham's Natural products away from eyes and mucous membranes. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occur, stop using product immediately. Wash the affected area with plenty of clean water If burning persists apply liberal amounts of vegetable oil to the affected area. Consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective.


Shipping Costs


Without passing along the shipping costs to our customers we would go broke in about 73 hours. Please be aware that Our 5 gallon Bulk Products Do Not Ship For Free. We calculate the exact shipping costs of these larger items and charge your card exact shipping (No Handling Fees) when we ship those products out to you.

1 Gallon Shipping costs are automatically calculated online.

Shipping costs for Retail and Wholesale products are processed are calculated online.

If you have any questions regarding shipping 5 gallon pails of product please contact us including your town and zip code so we can give you a very good estimate of the shipping costs you are likely to encounter when shipping a 5 gallon bucket.

If for whatever reason we encounter problems processing shipping charges we will place your order into storage and contact you for updated billing information.

ALL Products are made after an order is placed - Order Cancellation Requests Made after Bulk products are manufactured will incur a 75% Product Disposal Fee.

 

Shipping Times and Estimates

All of our products are made by hand when an order is placed. Keeping this in mind.. Larger orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. If we expect any Delay in processing your order past this estimate we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

Normally - Smaller orders received before 8.00am Arizona Time will normally be made the same day and ship the Following Business Day.

Smaller Orders placed after 8.00am should ship the following Day (within 2 business days of placement). We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Due to increased demand for our products during the Christmas season, Shipping of all Retail sales may take up to 2 business days to ship. Bulk and Wholesale Orders will ship within 2 to 5 Business Days from order placement.

We will contact you regarding any problems we may encounter with your order before charging any payment to your credit card.

If we expect any delay with your order other than stated above we will not process your credit card without your approval to an extended shipping date.

Larger packages being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different shipping standards. We will contact you regarding larger shipments to these states with a more accurate shipping estimate before processing your credit card.

Transit times as indicated within our shopping cart are provided to us by each carrier as typical delivery times within the continental U.S. As all transit time estimates are provided by each shipping carrier for each service indicated, Actual Transit times may vary and delivery of your products are completely under the control of the Shipping Carrier that You Choose.

Delays or problems experienced during transit are rare but do happen, and while we understand that any type of delay can be annoying Be Aware that We cannot be held responsible for any delays which fall beyond any estimated transit time once your order has been passed on to Your Choice of Shipping Carriers for delivery.

Lost items must be traced by the carrier. Please don't blame us if your choice of the shipping carrier makes a mistake or causes any delivery delays past expected transit times.  We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your products, but we must have resolution of status (loss or damage) before we can reship your product.

In regards to claiming a lost package through the United States Postal Service. Proof of Loss will take no less than 30 days from mailing. and UPS can take up to 10 days for resolution.

If you are in a rush to receive your order please contact us before placing any order for advise on how we may best help to ensure that you receive your purchases before your deadline.

We do send tracking information for each order shipped. If your order is delayed beyond your expected delivery date please contact your choice of carriers referencing the tracking numbers we provide for more information. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order please feel free to contact us for this information.

 

International Shipping

Due to the fact that all of our packages seem to look sinister traveling through an X-Ray Machine AND after Having our shipments held at customs for 3 months in the past we have unfortunately been forced to limit our shipments to within the United States. We may Offer international shipping in the future, but at this time we cannot accept any international orders.


Shipping Insurance

All packages are insured for the full value of the contents.

Damaged Packages due To Transit

If you should receive a damaged parcel or package you must notify us and the carrier immediately so we may claim the damage through the shipping carrier and ship you a replacement order. For us to replace damaged products You MUST Retain the original products in the original packaging to enable the carrier to inspect the damage - We will notify you when the product can be safely thrown away.

Important! - If you have thrown away the damaged products or packaging we cannot help you in replacing the damaged items.

We can not be held responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier and will cannot reship your order Overnight just because damage was caused by the shipping company. While we sympathize, we do pack orders with very strong boxes, bubble wrap, extra tape, packing peanuts and plastic bags but sometimes they can still manage to destroy the box during transport. We will reship once we receive a damage claim from the carrier, but only via the method that was originally requested on the original order. If you want a faster method, you can paid the difference and we are happy to ship according to your wishes. We just can not pay for that difference.

If We have made a shipping error, we will reship as quickly as we can via the method you originally chose.  If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping or address correction $10 fee costs charged by UPS.

If the customer refuses their shipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 75% Disposal Fee plus all shipping and handling charges. ALL shipping on orders is non-refundable unless UPS Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day is used and the carriers guarantee is not met.

While we pack your order with extreme care, the shipping carrier can sometimes still damage the orders. In that event please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you be missing any products or receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of damage in the presence of the driver, if possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact, then notify Us after you have called the shipping carrier to start a claim or call us and we can help you get your claim started.

If the driver is already gone, then you will need to contact the shipping carrier to inspect the damage or loss to start the claim before a replacement can be sent. New items will be shipped as soon as damaged or missing items have been returned to or verified by us or a Claim number has been issued to us by the carrier.

If you are in a rush, then we suggest that you call us or them immediately to help expedite the process. You must retain the original packing materials until any claim is resolved. If you discard the damaged goods, there may be no refund or credit by the carrier due the fact that the claim will not be able to be verified.

This process should only take a couple days before new items can be shipped unless the order is lost in transit. Lost items must be traced by the carrier and can take up to 10 days for resolution. Please don't blame us when the shipper makes this mistake.  We will do everything we can to get you your product again, but we must have resolution of status before we can reship.


Taxes

As a manufacturer of products that are sold in the understanding that they are to be re-distributed via the customer or through third parties - to ensure all proper taxes are paid on our manufactured product - The Purchaser and/or Receiver; by completing any purchase for product through Denham's Natural directly by fax, phone, email or postal mail, or by submitting any order for processing through this website, or by any other means buy or receive product or services ordered or gifted directly through Denham's Natural. Agrees to accept all responsibility to pay any and all required state, county, country or local taxes your local, state, county or country governments of residence require that you pay regarding all aspects of any sale submitted or received via direct purchasing from Denham's Natural.

Basically - if you should be paying any type of taxes on any purchases made through us - you are responsible to do so.

We will contact you if something on your order is unavailable before processing Payment.

Shelf Life

Natural products with very mild preservative systems are more difficult to safely handle than purely chemical products. With this said We do guarantee The Shelf Life of our bulk bases within our original packaging for one year from manufacture.

We suggest that you buy no more product than which can be sold within 6 months or used within 6 months.

Excessive Mishandling of bulk products, adding ingredients unhygienic bottling practices (blowing away specs of dust from inside jars etc.) can all lower any shelf life. Always use clean utensils and never touch the bulk of the product or any surface that comes in contact with the product (insides of jars, bottles, mixing bowls etc.) with bare skin or unsanitary utensils.

Adding Ingredients

Even though we are aware that many of you add ingredients to make these products "Yours" You can probably understand that Because we cannot test each product with every combination of every ingredient in every concentration - We cannot possibly guarantee any result when adding Your own ingredients to our bulk products other than fragrance or essential oils in advertised amounts..

Once you have added an ingredient. The product has become your creation and we cannot trouble-shoot any problem that you may experience or guarantee the shelf life and usability of the product.

Hygienic Handling of Bulk Products

We have had very little negative feedback regarding our products, problems experienced are normally caused due to adding ingredients. However Hygiene is very important when handling any cosmetic.

Mishandling Our products, adding ingredients, unhygienic bottling practices can contaminate a product or lower any expected shelf life.

Even though we sanitize all of our own bulk product containers before filling them - Normally - Jars and bottles do not need to be washed as the preservatives in the products can handle a broad range of common bacteria. Having said this - The hardest bacteria for any cosmetic to handle is introduced by unhygienic human contact.

Always use clean utensils and never touch the bulk of the product or any surface that comes in contact with the product (insides of jars, bottles, mixing bowls etc.) with bare skin or unsanitary utensils.


Cosmetic Changes Within Products

Color changes from batch to batch is to be expected with a product that averages 98% natural ingredients. Having been in business for many years we can always count on one thing - Nature's Inconsistency. For this reason We do check each batch of product before it heads out of the door, and if for any reason we are not happy with a product that is to be sent out we will either re-batch a product or make another batch to ensure only quality product makes it out to our customers.

We are also aware that Certain essential oils can react with our products causing variations in color. This is to be expected and colors may vary from tinted product using one batch of essential oil to un-tinted the next..

Natural ingredients harvested at different times of the year, or from different areas of the world, Receiving more or less sun or rain fall... All of these things affect the crops that produce our ingredients. Any changes within the product due to EO or Ingredient Staining are purely cosmetic but can come as a surprise to those just breaking into this market.

Please note that color changes within product is not a reason to return product. Again - these color variations are to be expected with any more natural skin care product.

As with all of the more natural skin care products - it's always better to contain them in non-transparent packaging as this will hide any expected (or unexpected) changes in color.

Packaging

Due to the complexity of our website. It is impossible to update our website images as quickly as we would like. Without notice - packaging may vary from that which may be illustrated on this website. This may because we are unable to acquire illustrated packing products in time to complete your order in the short term or because of permanent improvements made to original packaging featured on this website.

Samples

We recommend that you order samples of our bulk bases before ordering any base or item you are unfamiliar with. Our Bulk samples represent the feel and texture you can expect from our products however due to the large percentage of natural ingredients used in our products the thickness due to heat and cold, and color changes from batch to batch are to be expected.

All fragrances used within our products are chosen carefully by us for their authenticity. As each manufacturer of cosmetic products are likely to use a different fragrance supplier; Please be aware that any fragrance used to manufacture our own products May not be exactly the same as that used by another product brand marketing products under the same fragrance which you may have previously used. Fragrance samples are available upon following the guidelines laid out here

 

Returning Product

As your product was created for you, and as for safety reasons we couldn't possibly re-sell any product that has been returned to us, we do not accept any returned product. If you have a problem with the product please call 1-800 341 2799 so we can find out how best to help you.

Only certain things can possibly go wrong within our formulas and If after talking with you - we suspect a manufacturing error we will happily send you replacement product.

Be aware that We take any manufacturing error extremely seriously - At our discretion we may perform tests on any product returned to quickly help identify the origin and type of any reported problem or contamination. These tests are expensive and if they determine that an introduced contaminant or excessive mishandling is to blame for the product's problems - we will pass these costs along to the sender.

As a Manufacturer we do not redistribute any returned products. Products Found Defective due to manufacturing error will be replaced, or money only in the amount of the original product cost refunded at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible and will not refund for incidents where accidentally ordering the wrong product, not liking the color or scent of the product, or shelf life issues that may occur due to mishandling or contamination or products that are altered in anyway.

Any Un-Authorized Return of product will be Disposed of without compensation
